Buy Samsung NC10-11GP 10.2-Inch Pink Netbook - 6 Cell Battery

We purchased a Samsung NC-10 in February, worked as advertised. Then, under normal use, the back hinge began to work it's way out of the case. Suddenly, the clamshell would not open or close...and it was not of our making. As an engineer, I know a design defect when I see it. We sent in the NC-10 for service, Samsung claimed it was "customer fault". We escalated with no avail. My son worked all summer cleaning cat boxes and watering plants to finally get this Netbook, pretty sure that he will not be buying Samsung again--nor will my company, by the way.
